Lived here for a year. Loved every minute of my time there. The view from the back windows was the natural beauty of the woods and the birds. The trees and the birds always felt like best friends. The view from the window skylight, was always pristine. The sun, clouds, and blue sky by day and at night, the stars and the changing phases of the moon and the light. It was my most favorite of my years of living in Kentucky. Would highly recommend if you are a lover of the natural world!!

I’ve lived here for 2 years. These are exceptional apartments. The hallways and elevator are always extremely clean. The grounds always look well kept. I honestly feel they ARE Luxury Apartments. Also, the property manager Emma is so good at handling any issues that arise. She is the best part, because she will address any concerns quickly and efficiently. Great starter apartment! The staff has been very responsive and maintenance always comes in a timely manner to fix anything you need. Kayla is great and always responds to my concerns quickly. Very close to downtown Cincinnati, so not far from some fun places too! Overall a great place to live, I would recommend it if you’re looking to move around the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. –Jenna S.
Jeff, Bill, and Ryan are so outstanding for a maintenance staff. They were so pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Jeff and Bill fixed my closet back in January and were so fastidious about doing it right and being soooo neat about it….no mess from drilling holes at all! Ryan knew immediately what to do to fix my toilet and was finished in less than 15 min including any needed clean up. I can’t say enough good things about how nice, professional, and helpful they were! -Susan N.
Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Liz, Leah, and Joe. They are the nicest group of people and always make sure we’re taken care of. The property stays well maintained, the common areas are always decorated so nicely (especially for the holidays) and it’s just an all around fun and comfortable place to be. So many of my guests say the complex is like a hotel because it’s so lavish. We are so, so happy here! Thanks for everything, guys! -Mercedes T.
