The purpose of this policy is to recognize and reward recommendations to CMC Properties®.
We reward individuals who facilitate introductions to tenants/residents who sign a 12-month contract with any of our CMC Properties® locations, unless otherwise stated in some referral specials.
At the time one makes the referral, they must be paid up in your rent and any deposits, and not be subject to a termination notice.
Before you may collect the reward, the new tenant/resident must have paid all deposits and rent, and must have occupied the space for at least 30 days.
You understand that your participation in this program does not make you my agent or employee (you are an independent contractor). You also agree to abide by all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
